  • Jemaa El Fna:

Jemaa El Fna is the most famous square in Marrakech and probably the most famous souk in the world.
It has all the traditional elements of a souk in grand, perfect for immersing yourself in the local atmosphere and culture. You will be able to visit the various stands, taste the local treats and attend street performances among the many visitors you’ll find all around you.
You must remember that it is a very popular place, flooded with people, make sure to keep this in mind.

  • Medina of Marrakech:

It is the historic center of Marrakech, classified by UNESCO as world heritage, the Medina of Marrakech is to be discovered for sure.
You cannot visit Marrakech without going through the Medina, it is here that you can soak up the history of the red city, you will find many monuments and admire the architecture of this place.

  • Bab Agnaou:

This impressive gate, dates from the 12th century and is located in the south of the Medina.
It is one of the nineteen gates of Marrakech which serves as entrance for the Royal Kasbah.

  • Majorelle Garden and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum:

In the new town you will find the Majorelle Garden formerly owned by Yves Saint Laurent.
The ashes of this great fashion designer rest in this magnificent botanical garden, proof of the love he had for this place.
The Majorelle Garden stands out for its architecture, the richness of its various plants and its blue colors which make this garden unique.
You will find the Yves Saint Laurent museum not far away to see different works and learn more about the place.

  • Bahia Palace:

This 8-hectare palace dates from the 19th century and serve as a good example of masterpieces for Moroccan architecture and Islamic art.
This monument is the pride of the country and the city of Marrakech, many tourists visit the Palace each year.

  • The Koutoubia Mosque:

It was at the request of Caliph Almohad Abd al Mumin that the construction of the “mosque of librarians” began in 1141. It stands out for the size of its minaret (the tower of the Mosque), its pink sandstone color and takes its name from the various bookstores that surrounded the Mosque.
Note that access to this mosque is only accessible to Muslims.

  • Saadian Tombs:

It is south of the famous Jemaa El Fna square that we find the Saadian tombs, this royal necropolis is anchored in the reign of the sixth sultan of the Saadian dynasty, Ahmed Al-Mansur Saadi (1549-1603).
Its construction began in 1578, the necropolis was not rediscovered until 1917. This necropolis is to be discovered for its magnificent Hispano-Moorish decorative arts as well as its history.

  • The Palmeraie of Marrakech:

The Palmeraie of Marrakech is the perfect place for an atypical stroll thru the land.
Discover over 15,000 hectares, over hundred thousand palm trees and a farm where you will find vegetables and dates fruit.
Registered in the Moroccan natural and tourist heritage, you can discover this place on camel back for more adventures and sensations.

  • The Atlas Mountains:

It may not be in Marrakech itself, but in the Ourika Valley that we find this spectacle. Only a few hours away you can explore one of the best hikes in Morocco, at the top of the Moroccan Atlas.

  • Ouzoud’s Waterfalls:

The Ouzoud’s waterfalls are considered the most beautiful and the highest waterfalls of Morocco. Throughout your journey you can rest to swim, have a picnic as well as discover the local fauna, these waterfalls are known to welcome monkeys.
It is a must see for all those visiting Marrakech, you will find them at about 150 km northeast of Marrakech.
