Innsbruck Airport (INN), also known as Kranebitten Airport, lies about 4 kilometres from the city centre. Surrounded by the Alps, it becomes much busier in winter as skiers head for the region. Whether you are travelling for business or a mountain holiday, your chauffeur takes you straight to your hotel in the city, in Igls, Seefeld or the Stubai Valley, then brings you back to the airport at the agreed time.

The driver will be waiting for you at baggage claim with a sign bearing your name. However, please note that access for drivers may vary from airport to airport.
The driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
For airport arrivals, waiting is free for up to 1 hour after the flight has landed.
If you have any unforeseen delays, please let us know as soon as possible. We track your flight: if it is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts the pick-up time and no penalty is applied. In the event of train delays, no penalty will be applied.

In the event of a breakdown, unavailability or operational issue, Infinity Luxe will use reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate replacement solution, including a vehicle of an equivalent or higher category or another qualified chauffeur.
