How the service works

Welcome and handover

A valet meets your guest at the entrance, opens the door and takes the car in hand. They walk straight in, with no hunting for a space.

Parking and flow

Cars are moved to the parking area agreed with you. Throughout the event, arrivals and departures are paced so nothing backs up at your door.

Where our valet service works

A welcome worthy of the house

For a hotel or a restaurant, the first impression happens on the pavement. A valet service frees your floor staff, keeps cars from piling up at the door, and gives every arrival the same attention — the first guest of the evening and the last.

  • One-off or standing service: set to your busiest hours.
  • Entrance kept clear: no cars waiting in front of your façade.
  • Floor staff refocused: your teams stay where they are needed.

Receiving clients without a break in the experience

At a private viewing, a launch or a client appointment, the car should never become a topic. Your visitors stop at the door, walk in, and leave when they choose to.

  • Discreet handover: at the shopfront, without a crowd forming.
  • Suited to private formats: client appointments, launches, viewings.
  • Car called back from inside: your client never waits on the street.

On the day, nobody looks for a space

A wedding, a private dinner, a reception at home or an evening in a hired venue: guests tend to arrive together — and leave together. We organise the flow on arrival and prepare the end-of-night departures.

  • Clustered arrivals: absorbed without a queue at the door.
  • Parking organised: on the reception grounds or at an agreed location.
  • Departures anticipated: staggered or all at once, late in the evening.

Flow under control, first guest to last

At a trade show, a convention or a company evening, the difficulty is always the same: the number of cars, and how many arrive at once. The set-up is sized beforehand, with your teams and with the venue.

  • Set-up agreed in advance: with your teams and the site manager.
  • Coordination on site: with the event’s other suppliers.
  • Peaks under control: at opening as well as closing.

Why choose Infinity Luxe for valet parking

A hospitality role

Opening a door, taking a car in hand and returning it at the right moment is as much about hospitality as logistics. We treat it that way.

A set-up, not a price list

Every venue has its own access and parking constraints. We look at them before we quote, rather than applying a standard package.

Services that combine

Valet parking sits alongside our other services — Meet & Greet, chauffeur at your disposal ou wedding chauffeur — on the same event.

Frequently asked questions

The venues you tell us about: hotels, restaurants, boutiques, estates, reception spaces or exhibition halls. Access and parking conditions are reviewed with you before the event.

That depends on the number of cars expected, the layout of the venue and how concentrated the arrivals are. It is agreed with you during the venue review, not decided in advance.

Both. An evening, a wedding or a trade show is a one-off booking; a hotel or restaurant can put a standing service in place for its busiest hours.

In the area agreed with you beforehand: the venue’s own car park, a partner car park, or a space reserved for the event. This is part of the venue review.

Send us the date, the venue and the number of cars you expect. We review the layout, then come back to you with a costed proposal.
