The capital of the Hardap Region, Mariental is a small town on the B1 road between Windhoek and southern Namibia, on the edge of the Kalahari. It is a convenient stop on the way to the lodges and reserves of the Kalahari red dunes, Hardap Dam and its game reserve, and further south to Keetmanshoop, the Quiver Tree Forest or the Fish River Canyon. Mariental is reached by road from Hosea Kutako International Airport, east of Windhoek. On arrival, your chauffeur waits for you with a name sign and drives you straight to your lodge or hotel. The driver will be waiting for you at baggage claim with a sign bearing your name. However, please note that access for drivers may vary from airport to airport.
The driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
For airport arrivals, waiting is free for up to 1 hour after the flight has landed.
If you have any unforeseen delays, please let us know as soon as possible. We track your flight: if it is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts the pick-up time and no penalty is applied. In the event of train delays, no penalty will be applied.

In the event of a breakdown, unavailability or operational issue, Infinity Luxe will use reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate replacement solution, including a vehicle of an equivalent or higher category or another qualified chauffeur.
