Paris · Le Bourget
Europe’s busiest business aviation airport works nothing like a commercial terminal. There is no arrivals hall to wait in, no baggage belt, and no published schedule — which changes how a transfer has to be organised.
Le Bourget is a collection of separate terminals and hangars operated by different handling companies. Your aircraft is assigned to one of them, and that is where the car goes. Two adjacent facilities can be several minutes apart by road, behind different gates.
So the useful information is not « Le Bourget » but the handler or FBO name, plus the tail number and the estimated time. With those, the chauffeur is in the right place before the aircraft is on stand.
Private flights shift. A departure slips by an hour, a slot changes, a passenger arrives earlier than planned. We treat the announced time as a starting point and stay in contact with you or your flight department rather than holding you to a booking made three days earlier.
What we can state plainly : access to the ramp is controlled by the airport and the handler, not by us. Whether the car can be brought planeside depends on their rules on the day. We never promise it in advance.
Arrival or departure, to a Paris address, a hotel, a meeting or another airport. Discreet, punctual, with luggage handled.
Hotel transfers for flight crews, often at awkward hours and on short notice, booked by the operator or the handler.
Le Bourget to Charles de Gaulle or Orly for a connecting commercial flight, planned around the check-in time rather than the landing time.
The airport lies just north-east of the city. The drive is short in distance and depends almost entirely on the A1 and the ring road, which are busy on weekday mornings and late afternoons. We build the margin into the schedule and tell you what it is rather than quoting a time we cannot hold.
On this kind of movement, the chauffeur sees who travels, where they go and who meets them. Our drivers do not discuss passengers, do not comment on itineraries and do not share any of it. It should go without saying : in this context, we prefer to put it in writing.
The handler or FBO name, the tail number, the date and estimated time, the destination address and the number of passengers. Luggage volume matters more than passenger count for the vehicle choice.
Sometimes, subject to airport and handler authorisation on the day. We arrange it where it is permitted and never present it as guaranteed.
Tell us as soon as you know, or let the handler contact us directly. Changes are expected on private aviation and we plan for them.
Yes, coordinated to arrive together, with a single point of contact on our side.

Send us the handler, tail number, date and estimated time, destination and passenger count. We reply with a firm quote and a precise meeting arrangement.
