On arrival, your chauffeur waits for you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, helps with your luggage and walks you to the vehicle. We track your flight in real time: if it is delayed, the pick-up time is adjusted. You receive your chauffeur’s contact details 24 hours before pick-up.

The driver will be waiting for you at baggage claim with a sign bearing your name. However, please note that access for drivers may vary from airport to airport.
The driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
For airport arrivals, waiting is free for up to 1 hour after the flight has landed.
If you have any unforeseen delays, please let us know as soon as possible. We track your flight: if it is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts the pick-up time and no penalty is applied. In the event of train delays, no penalty will be applied.

In the event of a breakdown, unavailability or operational issue, Infinity Luxe will use reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate replacement solution, including a vehicle of an equivalent or higher category or another qualified chauffeur.
