A small Caribbean island facing Cancún, Isla Mujeres is reached by ferry from Puerto Juárez or Cancún’s Hotel Zone. The shallow waters of Playa Norte, the southern tip at Punta Sur with the remains of a Maya temple dedicated to Ixchel, and the colourful streets of the village make it a popular getaway. On the island, most people get around by golf cart: your chauffeur takes care of the land part of your trip, between the airport, the ferry and the Riviera Maya.

We track your flight and adjust the pick-up time in case of delay. On departure, your chauffeur meets you as you step off the ferry and takes you to the airport. The driver will be waiting for you at baggage claim with a sign bearing your name. However, please note that access for drivers may vary from airport to airport.
The driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
For airport arrivals, waiting is free for up to 1 hour after the flight has landed.
If you have any unforeseen delays, please let us know as soon as possible. We track your flight: if it is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts the pick-up time and no penalty is applied. In the event of train delays, no penalty will be applied.

In the event of a breakdown, unavailability or operational issue, Infinity Luxe will use reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate replacement solution, including a vehicle of an equivalent or higher category or another qualified chauffeur.
