Charles de Gaulle → Disneyland Paris
The resort is east of Paris and the airport is north-east of it, so this journey never needs to cross the city. It is usually the first hour of a family holiday, at the end of a long flight.
Charles de Gaulle is three terminals, and Terminal 2 alone is split into separate halls with their own arrivals doors. The hall you emerge from determines where the chauffeur can wait, so we confirm that point before you land and give you a direct contact number.
After a long-haul flight with children, the difference between a name board in front of you and a search across a terminal is not a small one.
Resort and partner hotels generally release rooms from the middle of the afternoon. A morning arrival therefore means landing hours before check-in — something a lot of families discover on the doorstep.
Most hotels will store luggage, and the parks can be entered before the room is available. If it helps, we can build in a stop on the way, or drop luggage first and continue to an entrance. It costs nothing to plan and saves a difficult couple of hours.
A family arriving for a week carries far more than the same family on a day out : large cases, a pushchair, sometimes a travel cot. Passenger count alone does not tell us which vehicle to send.
Tell us the number of cases as well as the number of people, and the ages and weights of any children so the right seats are fitted. We confirm the vehicle category before you book rather than improvising in the car park.
The drive uses the eastern ring roads rather than central Paris, which makes it more predictable than a city transfer. It is still affected by commuter traffic at either end of the day, and we build a realistic margin into the schedule instead of quoting a guaranteed time.
Pickup follows your actual landing time. A delayed flight moves the booking with it, with nothing required from you.
Usually around fifty minutes to an hour in normal conditions. We do not guarantee a duration : traffic and the time of day decide.
Inside arrivals at your terminal, at a point agreed beforehand, with a name board on request.
Yes, requested at the time of booking with each child’s age and weight.
Yes, or to the hotel first to leave luggage and then on to an entrance. Just tell us which you prefer.
Book it with the outbound : departure pickups from the resort are set from your check-in time, not from the flight time.
Send us your flight number, arrival date, hotel name, number of passengers, children’s ages and luggage. We reply with a firm quote and a precise meeting point.
