Thirty-odd kilometres east of the city, and almost always travelled with children, luggage and a strict arrival time. That combination is what the booking has to account for.
There are two parks, a shopping and dining area between them, hotels attached to the resort and a larger ring of partner hotels several minutes away by road. Some are within walking distance of the gates ; others are not, and arriving at the wrong one with tired children is a poor start to a holiday.
Give us the exact hotel name, or the park entrance if you are visiting for the day. We set the drop-off point from that, not from a generic destination.
Child seats and booster seats are available and must be requested when you book, with the age and weight of each child. We would rather ask twice than put a family in a car without the right equipment.
Pushchairs, travel cots and the general volume that comes with young children all count towards the luggage space. Tell us what you are actually carrying : it determines the vehicle far more than the number of passengers does.
The A4 is one of the busiest commuter corridors around Paris. Outside peak hours the journey is straightforward ; on a weekday morning outbound or a late afternoon inbound, it is considerably slower. There is no alternative route that avoids it meaningfully.
We therefore do not advertise a guaranteed journey time. If you have a timed restaurant booking or a park reservation, tell us that time and we plan backwards from it.
Everyone leaves at once after the evening show. The car parks and access roads absorb a very large number of departures in a short window, and a vehicle booked vaguely for « after the fireworks » is hard to find in that crowd.
We agree a precise pickup point away from the immediate exit, with the chauffeur reachable directly. Ten minutes of walking often saves half an hour of waiting — and we will tell you when that is the case.
Around forty-five minutes in good conditions, longer at peak times. We do not guarantee a duration : we set a departure time that protects your arrival.
Yes, on request at booking. Please give the age and weight of each child.
Yes, or from an airport, a station or a private address. The pickup point is confirmed the day before.
Yes, as an hourly or daily booking. For a straightforward day visit, two separate journeys are usually the better value and we will say so.
